Care Guide

Luxury Handbag Care Guide

During your rental period, we ask that you handle your handbag with care to help preserve its condition and craftsmanship.

General Handling

• Always handle the handbag with clean, dry hands.
• Avoid placing it on the floor or rough surfaces.
• When not in use, store it in the provided dust bag.

Protect From Moisture

Keep the handbag away from rain, water, and excessive humidity.

If the bag becomes damp, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use direct heat or hair dryers.

Avoid Contact With Cosmetics

Perfumes, lotions, oils, and cosmetics may stain or damage leather and delicate materials. Apply all beauty products before handling the handbag and avoid storing open cosmetics inside.

Storage

When not in use, store the handbag in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry environment. Lightly stuffing the interior with tissue paper may help maintain its shape. Avoid hanging handbags by their straps.

Cleaning

Do not use cleaning products, chemicals, or conditioners on the handbag.

If a spill occurs, gently blot the area with a clean, dry cloth and contact The Carré for guidance. Do not attempt independent repairs.

If Damage Occurs

If any damage occurs during your rental period, please contact The Carré promptly.

All returned handbags undergo inspection upon receipt. Charges for damage beyond normal wear may be assessed in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
