Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected delivery method. All shipments are fully insured and sent via The Carré’s selected premium courier partners.

Standard delivery typically arrives within approximately 3–4 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on inventory availability, destination, and carrier performance.

Same-day delivery may be available in select metropolitan areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time, subject to availability and additional fees.

An adult signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for the Product transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Packaging

Each handbag is delivered in The Carré’s signature packaging and includes a protective dust bag and care instructions.

Please retain all original packaging, inserts, and accessories for your return. Failure to return the handbag with its original packaging and accessories may result in additional charges.

Returns

A prepaid, insured return shipping label is included with every rental. Return shipping fees are included in your total rental cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

To return your handbag:

• Repackage the item in its original packaging
• Affix the provided return label
• Drop off at an approved carrier location or schedule pickup, where available

The return shipment must be scanned by the carrier no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day of your rental term.

Inspection & Security Deposit

Upon return, each handbag undergoes a detailed inspection.

Your $3,000 security deposit will be released within approximately five (5) business days following inspection, provided the handbag is returned on time and in the same condition as received (ordinary wear excepted).

If any damage, excessive wear, missing components, or other issues are identified, you will be notified via email.

Late Returns

Late returns will incur a daily fee as outlined in your Rental Agreement.

If you require an extension, you must contact The Carré prior to your scheduled return date. Extensions are subject to availability and additional rental fees.
