How does the rental process work?
Browse our curated collection, select your desired handbag and rental period, and complete checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Your handbag will be delivered securely to your selected address. When your rental term concludes, repackage the item using the provided materials and return it using the prepaid insured return label included with your order.
What condition are the handbags in?
Our handbags are new or gently worn and undergo intake inspection prior to rental. Minor signs of normal wear may be present and are consistent with the nature of luxury rental.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. All rentals require a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
The deposit is released within approximately five (5) business days after the handbag is returned and passes inspection, provided it is returned on time and in the same condition as received (ordinary wear excepted).
What happens if the handbag is damaged?
Normal wear consistent with responsible use is expected.
If a handbag is returned with damage beyond normal wear, missing components, or excessive soiling, applicable repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
How is delivery handled?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.
Standard delivery typically arrives within approximately 3–4 business days from order confirmation, depending on inventory availability and destination. Same-day delivery may be available in select metropolitan areas for an additional fee.
Can I extend my rental?
Extensions may be requested prior to your scheduled return date and are subject to availability. Additional rental fees apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date are eligible for a full refund of rental fees.
Cancellations within 48 hours of shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed.
How do I return the handbag?
Repackage the handbag in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts. Affix the prepaid insured return label provided with your order and drop it off at an approved carrier location or schedule pickup, where available.
The return shipment must be scanned by the carrier no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day of your rental term.
Are the handbags authentic?
Product descriptions and brand identifications are based on information available at the time of listing. All Products are rented in accordance with the terms set forth in our Rental Agreement.
